Barnaby Hazen

Barnaby Hazen

Barnaby Hazen is a lifelong musician and inimitable songwriter. Having played sideman for a variety of acts in Taos, NM (Kevin Wood of Malfunktion, Out of Nowhere, Katy P), he is best known as frontman for the hard rock act Babelshack. He is also author of the twice award-winning novel (based at times explicitly on his experiences as a professional musician), Misfortunes of T-Funk. His latest album, Babelshack Theater: Volume 1, is a self-produced electronic album on the cusp of rock and dance music styles. This debut album has been featured in several reviews and prominent radio stations; "Edible Product" was declared the winning music video by Beyond the Curve Film Festival in Paris, France and was recently selected for inclusion by the Wallachia Film Festival...in Transylvania.
